Processing Time: All orders take 1–3 business days to prepare and package before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from our fulfillment centers at no extra cost to you.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

(the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status)

• For orders that do not meet the above requirements we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process refund
• We will email you after return has been received, and again after its been processed.
